Items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after ordered (This does not including shipping time. We recommend emails for exact shipping time for urgent orders).
Spicher & Company Vinyl Mats take about two - three weeks to process and ship.
Once an order ships, normal delivery times vary (3-5 Business days) depending on location. Products may arrive anywhere between 5-10 business days after ordered.
Once an order ships, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.
Returns
All merchandise (except for the Spicher & Company & Beija Floor Vinyl Mats) may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Original shipping costs are not refundable. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging with tags. Open or used products will not be refunded.
Please email us for a return authorization.
A return authorization is required for all returns.
We do not provide return shipping labels. If you need to return an item, we recommend purchasing insurance on your return shipment and obtaining a tracking number.
Restocking Fees of 15% apply for orders over $250 or refused deliveries and 20% for orders over $1,000. A 15% fee applies to approved returns of $100 and over of non-returnable products (i.e. Spicher & Company).
Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
