Returns
All merchandise (except for the custom made Spicher & Company Vinyl Mats) may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Original shipping costs are not refundable. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging with tags. Open or used products will not be refunded.

A return authorization is required for all returns.
We do not provide return shipping labels. If you need to return an item, we recommend purchasing insurance on your return shipment and obtaining a tracking number.
Restocking Fees of 15% apply for orders over $250 or refused deliveries and 25% for orders over $1,000.
Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
