Estimated shipping

Items are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after ordered (Not including shipping time).Vinyl Mats are made to order and shipped in about 2 weeks. Once the order ships we will notify you via email with a tracking number. Depending upon location, shipping times may vary between 3-5 business days once it ships (Not including processing time). Please email us with questions regarding shipping times on specific products. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US nationally observed holidays.

*Please allow processing and shipping time. We recommend emails about exact shipping time for urgent orders.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

For items with a longer lead time, details and policies will be noted on the product page.

If you purchase an out of stock item, we will notify you via email. Please note these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of the products and/or manufacturers availability.

Standard Shipping

Please refer to the chart below for our standard shipping rates.

USPS, FEDEX and UPS are used for Standard Shipping, charges below apply to the 48 Contiguous States only.


A flat fee of $10 is applied to all orders under $500. Anything over $500 will have a $20 Shipping fee.

* Exclusions Apply. Shipping Surcharges may apply to certain oversized items. This will be noted on the product page.


FREE SHIPPING

Several of our product lines feature free shipping which will be labeled on the product page. If you order an item that offers free shipping in addition to one or more regular items, you will be charged only for the shipping costs for the regular shipping item(s).

SHIPPING TO HAWAII & ALASKA, PO Boxes, & International

We currently do not ship International, or outside the Continental U.S. (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, & U.S. Territories).

DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE BOXES

We do not offer Post Office Box Delivery. Please make sure to include a residential shipping address.

Expedited Shipping

We do not ship expedited (2nd or Next Day Air) but may accommodate on a case by case basis. Please Contact Us for an Expedited Service quote.

BackOrders

If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order. If you need to verify stock information and availability prior to placing your order, please Contact Us.

Returns

All merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery. 

Original shipping costs are not refundable. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. We do not provide return shipping labels unless there is a defect or error on our part. Photos of defect/damages are required to file a claim for a replacement and return labels. Returns (including errors), will only be authorized with the original shipping address (within the 48 continental States). If you need to return an item, we recommend purchasing insurance on your return shipment and obtaining a tracking number.. Used products will not be refunded. We will refund the original shipping cost only if the product is damaged, defective or was a result of an error on our part.

A return authorization is required for all returns. Please do not send returned items without a Return Authorization from us. Once an RMA is issued, we will send instructions.

When shipping the items back, please be sure to insure the item(s), as it could get lost or damaged. We are not responsible for shipping fees, damages, or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.

Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

Restocking Fees of 15% apply for orders over $500 or refused deliveries and 20% for orders over $1,000. Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

How do I initiate a return? To initiate a return for an item, please contact us with your name, order information and reason for return. We will email you a return authorization along with instructions on how to handle the return. ** Any damages/defects must be reported before being shipped back.**

How will I know when my return has been received? After we receive your return and confirm that all items are in original condition, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been received. Your refund or credit will be processed within five business days of receipt.

Your return credit may take a few business days to appear on your account depending on your credit card processing company.
