Shipping & Returns


Most in-stock items are shipped within 5 business days of an order unless otherwise noted on the product page. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Most orders are shipped from New York unless directly shipped from the supplier or artisan.  We ship all orders via UPS, Fedex, or USPS Priority Mail.  All shipping charges are based on the total of the order before any charges such as taxes, and discounts.
Orders should arrive within 5 business days once shipped depending on your location. For example, if the product has the note "Usually ships within 3 business days"; please allow the processing time (3 business days) and the shipping time (5 business days) once it ships out. You should receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.
Additional charges may apply to oversized or overweight items, and this will be noted in the product description detail or we will email you the cost.  We currently do not ship International, PO Boxes, or oustide the Continental U.S. (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & Alaska).

We do not ship expedited (2nd or Next Day Air) but may accomodate on a case by case basis. Please email us for an Expedited Service quote.

All Items* carry a 30-day money-back Guarantee If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of ordering for a refund.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be credited. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will refund the shipping cost only if the product was damaged, defective or was a result of an error on our part. Restocking Fees of 15% apply for orders over $100, without a return authorization or refused deliveries. Open or used products will not be refunded. Please print out your email confirmation and include the reason for your return along with the return authorization in the package. We recommend UPS or Fedex in order to track the return.
