Most in stock items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after ordered (This does not including shipping time. We recommend emails for exact shipping time for urgent orders).
Vinyl Mats take about two weeks to process and ship.
Once an order ships, normal delivery times vary (3-5 Business days) depending on location. Products may arrive anywhere between 5-10 business days after ordered.
Once an order ships, we will notify you via email with a tracking number.
Returns
All merchandise (except for the custom made Spicher & Company Vinyl Mats) may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Original shipping costs are not refundable. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging with tags. Open or used products will not be refunded.
Please email us for a return authorization.
A return authorization is required for all returns.
Restocking Fees of 15% apply for orders over $100 or refused deliveries and 25% for orders over $1,000.
Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
