These wine sacks are made of sheep leather. Unlike cow leather, sheep is very versatile, in regards to it properties (light weight, soft & elegant finish), resulting in the high quality.The Leather that is use for the confection of the wine holders is Suede, making the wine holders quite elegant.
It can be said that the leather used is “High Altitude Leather” and it is Bolivian. The sheep are raised on the Andean Highlands that are over 3200 meters above sea level. The company that provides the processed leather is located in the city of La Paz, with vast experience and masterful craftsmanship, using the highest quality oils and dyes. Leather thickness is of 0.7- 0.95 millimetres (0.02 - 0.03 inches).
